Umami Burger

Shiitake mushroom, caramelized onions, roasted tomato, Parmesan crisp, Umami ketchup
Reagan: It was sweet.
Melinda: Meat is most flavorful. Tomato concoction is amazing.
KC: Good, good sauce! Delicious.

Simmzy’s Burger

Woodfire-grilled sterling natural beef, smoked onions, melted cheddar, garlic aioli, lettuce, tomato
Reagan: The sauce is creamy and makes the burger so flavorful.
Melinda: Loved the onions, and cheese is a must on all burgers!
KC: Tasty! I want more, please.

Hot’s Burger

Burger, sauce, grilled onion, avocado, tomato, cheddar
Reagan: Good, but spicy.
Melinda: Fabulous balance of meat, topping and bun.
KC: Good, especially the avocado.

Counter Burger
The Counter, El Segundo and Hermosa Beach
1/3 pound beef, provolone, crispy onion strings, lettuce blend, sautéed mushrooms and tomato, sundried tomato vinaigrette
Derek: Spicy, and I like the onions.
Melinda: Love the mushrooms, and the onion rings were good.
KC: Good burger. Falls apart a little bit.
