International Surf Festival
August 1–5
Redondo Beach hosts the 56th annual event promoting the four South Bay Beach Cities, the world’s best lifeguard service and the physical fitness of more than 1,000 participants. The three signature events—the Judge Taplin Lifeguard Medley Relay, the Dwight Crum Pier-to-Pier Swim and the Charley Saikley 6-Man Volleyball Tournament—will attract both local and international competitors.
