What would you like potential clients to know about you?

“MOR Financial’s core belief is that we can go the extra mile and are dedicated to both our borrowers and investors. Meet us in person at one of our upcoming MORSYNERGY events, where educating, networking and investing is the motto.”

"We strive to meet expectations by providing excellent, one-on-one, relationship-based service.”

What is the biggest benefit your investors’ gain from working with you?

“Our clients take full advantage of today’s real estate market by utilizing a niche investment vehicle in this upswing by investing in first trust deeds collateralized by real estate. Our transactions have protective equity minimizing the risk of the investment while yielding high returns. Our investors become the bank and collect monthly interest checks.”

Give us your opinion on today’s economy and how it impacts your investors.

“The California real estate market has been strong over the last two years and will continue to increase over the next two years, allowing our borrowers to enjoy the appreciation and our investors to enjoy their passive high-yielding returns. Real estate has proven to be a great investment tool decade after decade. At the end of the day, you can see it, you can touch it, and you can stand on it. It is scarce and is always worth something!”

What kind of transactions would a typical private investor fund?

“Our borrowers range from commercial properties to long-term buy-and-hold investors and professional flippers that do 50+ properties per year. They include HGTV star Tarek El Moussa from the hit show Flip or Flop and multi-million dollar investment purchases at the well-recognized Ritz-Carlton Residences at LA Live.”
