Tell us about your clients.

“Our clients vary in age, location, needs, dreams, culture and language—from first-time buyers to empty nesters and every stage of life in between. But they all have several commonalities, like wanting their real estate transaction to happen smoothly and to their benefit. We lead them through the process with a calm focus of achieving their goals, and they are so joyful when keys are transferred. Our clients return to us time after time and send their friends and family to us as well because of our relentless pursuit of their goals and comprehensive offering of services. For example, we were doing concierge service before it was even a ‘thing’ in real estate.” 

What are some of the niche sectors your clients are exploring?

“San Pedro is the next big beach town! Until just a couple years ago, we used to joke that it’s the one place you pay less to live in, the closer you get to the water. With all the updates and exciting new builds happening in our downtown and along the waterfront, this is no longer the case. Home values continue to rise. Even with the turnaround, homes with a view of the ocean in San Pedro are far more affordable than any other city in the South Bay. Additionally, many vintage homes are becoming available for purchase, and the owners are retaining their charm instead of tearing them down and rebuilding.
