A Peninsula tradition is back for a 53rd annual gallop.

The Portuguese Bend National Horse Show will attract more than 5,000 attendees for a family-friendly weekend filled with games, food and top prizes for equestrians and their steeds. During its long history, the Peninsula Committee has raised more than $8 million for Childrens Hospital Los Angeles, with a renewed interest in supporting the Clinical Imaging Research Center.
