What is the biggest benefit your clients gain from seeing you for their health and fitness needs?
“They will lose weight, become more fitness-minded, make stronger meal choices and have an improved golf swing.”
What do you suggest clients do when they hit a plateau with their fitness routine?
“P90X and P90X2 are based on muscle confusion and do not allow for the plateau to take place. If my clients follow the program, with my guidance, they will be successful with their fitness as well as their golf swing.”
What would you like potential clients to know about you?
“When they meet me, they will feel my passion for wanting to partner with them and enjoy their success. They will be meeting their `accountability partner’ in their journey to better health, fitness and their improved golf game.”
What will new clients like about your unique approach to fitness?
“New students will be taken through a series of stretches and balance moves prior to swinging the golf club. They will have a full understanding of the many fitness programs I recommend. I have a fitness program that will fit every walk of life and every level of current fitness.”
How do you give back to your community?
“I’m the president of the Wiseburn Education Foundation. We hold fundraisers each year to support the Growing Great nutritional program and the music and art programs in our district. I’m a Growing Great docent in my daughter’s school, teaching students about proper nutrition. I provide free golf clinics throughout the month and golf lesson gift certificates to charitable organizations, and I’ve completed the Boston, New York and Chicago marathons, raising tens of thousands of dollars for worthy causes.”
What do you like to do for fun, when you’re not at work?
“I work hard so I can create more time with my family—my bride, Jennifer, my son, Jake, and my daughter, Carlie.”
