Locals Only Mansion Party: Silicon Bay Development’s New Dream Home

Southbay magazine unveiled the newest project by Silicon Bay Development in the Manhattan Beach hill section. The stunning new construction was packed with locals, home professionals, interior designers and real estate agents. The hand picked VIP guests networked under the twinkling bistro lights and got the first look at this highly anticipated new project.

While touring the property, guests enjoyed wine from the Barsha Wine & Spirits wine and specialty cocktails made with Virginia Black whiskey. Lisa’s Bon Appetit brought their A-game and delighted guests with tri tip sliders, avocado spring rolls, chocolate covered strawberries, a fresh poke bar and more! Rusnak Maserati South Bay had cars out front for locals to take for a spin around the block.
