To close out the summer, Southbay Magazine hosted a wine and shopping event at The Point. Locals sipped, strolled and savored their way through stores and restaurants at the popular outdoor shopping center.
After walking the red carpet and getting their photo snapped, guests received their passport for the evening detailing all of the different wines and foods they would be trying throughout the event. Barsha Wine and Spirits curated the evening and educated wine walkers about tasting notes and food pairings.
After enjoying the braid bar, DIY flower crown station, mini makeovers and chakra readings, guests made their way to the center to enjoy the custom art photo booth by CHALK SHOT, live music by Mark Righteous featuring Adam Lawson and art by Spheres of Hope.

It should come as no surprise that many of these millennials hope to turn a love of technology into a rewarding career. A recent high school graduate profiles two enterprising young tech engineers on that track, putting their passion into practice.
Barbarino Surgical Arts hosted their first open house event on May 8th to introduce their practice and AAAHC Medicare accredited sugery center to the community. A percentage of the proceeds raised that night were donated to Rainbow Services which is an organization that helps support victims of domestic violence.
